HR Officer

- Identify & anticipate the company's immediate & future
HR needs, establishing & implementing long term goals & plans in the
areas of recruitment & organisation planning. - If needed, formulate,implement & regularly review/amend HR policies, practices & procedures
to ensure effective management of human capital in line with corporate policy,
market practices & labour laws. - Work with the HR Clients Relationship Lead to conduct the annual
climate survey, develop initiatives & work with management to help address
issues arising from the survey results. - Obtain requirements from the clients Submit proposal and agreement to the client for approval and
exercise negotiation as needed. - Ensure that all requests for HR services, ranging from enquiries
on HR requirements to requests for advice on daily people management issues,
are provided in the most efficient and effective manner
